By using Waaa you agree to these terms. The service is provided by [legal name and CR number].
1. The service
Waaa is a tool to log a baby’s feeds, sleep and more, and share them with family. It gives no medical advice, does not replace a doctor, and reminders should not be the only safeguard in caring for a baby.
2. Family and permissions
You are responsible for who you invite to your family and what they can do, and you can remove anyone. Inviting a nanny requires her consent, and the app must not be used to monitor her.
3. Waaa Family
- Monthly: 15 per month, with a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers only. Renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Lifetime: a one-time 110 that never renews and covers the family features for as long as they are offered in the app.
- Prices are per household and include VAT. Payment, cancellation and refunds go through Apple or Google under their policies.
- We may change prices in future; changes reach existing subscriptions only after notice under the store’s rules. Lifetime buyers never pay again.
- Features that are free today stay free.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use the service unlawfully, try to access other families’ data, or disrupt the service.
5. Your data
Your data is yours. We process it under our privacy policy.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by sync outages or delayed notifications [legal review of liability wording].
7. Ending use
You can stop at any time and delete your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia [legal review: dispute forum].
